Together, our two state-of-the-art facilities provide a combined installed capacity of 28,200 KM per annum of cables and 23,000 MT per annum of conductors, ensuring consistent supply to utilities, industrial clients, and international customers.

Both plants are equipped with modern production lines and comprehensive in-house testing facilities that conform to BIS, ISI, and IEC standards. Backed by ISO-certified processes, our facilities maintain high levels of efficiency and quality assurance, enabling us to serve sectors such as power transmission & distribution, metro rail, renewable energy, oil & gas, industrial automation, and telecom infrastructure.

Jaipur/Bagru Facility

Our Jaipur unit, situated in the RIICO Industrial Area, spans 16,305 sq. m and operates as a multi-product plant. With an installed capacity of 28,200 KM per annum for cables and 18,000 MT per annum for conductors, the facility is capable of manufacturing:

  • LV Aluminium & Copper Cables (up to 1.1 kV) for distribution networks, building wiring, signalling, telecom, and industrial applications.
  • AAC, ACSR, AAAC, HTLS, ACSS conductors (up to 61 strands) for transmission and distribution networks.

The Jaipur facility combines scale with versatility, delivering to utilities, EPC contractors, and infrastructure developers across India and export markets.

Medak (Telangana) Facility

Our Hyderabad plant, located in Medak District, Telangana, covers 8,973 sq. m and is a fully owned unit focused on conductor manufacturing. With an installed capacity of 5,000 MT per annum, the facility produces a wide range of AAC, ACSR, AAAC, HTLS, ACSS conductors.

This plant plays a vital role in serving transmission projects, railway electrification, renewable energy evacuation, and sub-station interconnections. With robust capacity utilization levels and adherence to international quality standards, the Hyderabad unit strengthens our ability to meet large-scale infrastructure demands across geographies.

Jaipur Mahindra World City (upcoming)

To further strengthen its manufacturing base and product offerings, the company is establishing a new facility at Mahindra World City, Jaipur. This state-of-the-art plant is being designed over 55,196.55 SqMts (approximately 13.64 acres) and will be equipped with advanced infrastructure to scale both capacity and product range.

A key highlight of this new facility is the installation of a modern Continuous Catenary Vulcanization (CCV) line and Medium Voltage CC (MVCC) line. These production lines represent the latest in global cable manufacturing technology, enabling precision-controlled insulation processes, uniform cross-linking, and high consistency in product quality. Such systems are specifically suited for the manufacture of Medium Voltage (MV) and High Tension (HT) power cables, ensuring performance that meets international benchmarks for reliability, durability, and safety.

The new plant is being designed with a planned annual capacity of 3,000 KM of LV and MV cables, in addition to strengthening the existing LV portfolio. Beyond sheer capacity, the focus is on technological leadership, with in-line monitoring systems, computerized process control, and energy-efficient machinery that reduces material wastage and ensures repeatable quality across large production runs.

Sustainability is a core element of this expansion. The facility is being built to be LEEDs compliant, incorporating green building standards that minimize environmental impact while optimizing operational efficiency. Features include energy-efficient lighting, water recycling systems, and eco-friendly materials, ensuring that the plant stands at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and sustainable manufacturing.

Once operational, this Jaipur unit will serve as a key hub, expanding the company’s capacity to serve both domestic and international markets with a wider range of LV, MV, and HT power cables manufactured under globally recognized standards.
